Something made with you in mind.

Portraits, florals, a piece for a special occasion or something you can't quite describe yet. If it means something to you, I'd love to hear about it.

Original artwork with a personal starting point

Personalised artwork can start with a person, a flower, an occasion or simply an idea that will not leave your head. You do not need to arrive with a finished design. Tell me what the piece is about and what you want it to mean.

The floral work above explores pale petals against dark paper, from a single tulip to a lily and lotus pair. If that contrast catches your eye, tell me; if your idea is a portrait or a completely different subject, we can start there instead.

Thinking about subject, colour and space

It helps to know where the artwork might live. Are you imagining one focal piece, something small for a shelf, or pieces to hang alongside each other? A photograph of the space and a few colours you love give us something useful to work from.

Reference pictures can show a subject, a mood or a detail, but they do not need to all look alike. Tell me what you like about each one. We can talk about the style, size and personal details without copying another artist’s finished work.

A bespoke gift without the guesswork

For a gift, start with the person rather than the occasion alone. A flower they love, a meaningful subject or a palette that belongs in their home can be a lovely direction to explore. Names, dates and other additions are details to discuss rather than assume.

Mention the occasion, the date you are hoping for and your budget in the enquiry. We will need to confirm the scope, timing and any framing or delivery arrangements for your particular piece.

Useful things to share

  • Who or what it's for, and the occasion if there is one.
  • Any styles or colours you're drawn to.
  • Reference photos, if it's a portrait.
  • Where it might live once it's finished.

How a personalised artwork commission works

  1. 1

Tell me the idea, however rough.

  2. 2

We work out the style and details together.

  3. 3

I create a piece that's personal to you.

Not quite sure what you're after? That's absolutely fine — we can work it out together.
