Murals

Walls with a little personality

A wall that's entirely yours.

Bedrooms, playrooms, hallways, doors — if there's a surface that feels a bit flat, I'd love to help give it some character. Every mural starts with you and the space.

A mural shaped around your room

A mural can be a whole scene or a quieter detail. A bedroom might become a seaside world; a living room might suit loose botanical lines and gentle shapes. The starting point is how you want the room to feel, rather than squeezing an existing design onto your wall.

Think about the furniture, the colours already in the room and where your eye naturally lands. A photo taken from the doorway helps me understand the space, while a closer view shows the wall itself. You do not need a beautifully styled room to get in touch.

From playful scenes to botanical details

The work above includes a lighthouse bedroom, a botanical wall and a painted Fish Room door. They show quite different ways to bring a surface to life: a big scene, a layered pattern or a smaller design that makes an everyday door feel special.

Use them as a starting point, not a menu you have to choose from. Tell me which details catch your eye and which colours or subjects you would change. If your idea is something else entirely, I would love to hear that too.

Planning the practical bits together

The surface matters as much as the design. Share whether it is plaster, an already-painted wall or wood, and mention peeling paint, damp patches or uneven areas. We can discuss what needs checking before the painting can go ahead.

Please include your town or postcode, approximate dimensions, access to the room and any date you are hoping for. Price, preparation and timing need to be discussed for your particular wall; I do not want you to make plans around a guess.

What helps me with a mural enquiry

  • Where the wall is — your town or postcode is plenty.
  • Roughly how big it is (a quick tape-measure guess is fine).
  • What the surface is like — plaster, painted, wood, a door?
  • Any pictures, colours or ideas you love.
  • When you'd ideally like it done.

How a mural commission works

  1. 1

Send me the space and your idea.

  2. 2

We chat through the design, colours and practical bits.

  3. 3

I paint it, right there on your wall.

Not quite sure what you're after? That's absolutely fine — we can work it out together.
